Your First Visit & Beyond
When you call to make your initial appointment we will schedule you at the earliest most convenient time, and you can request if necessary to be placed on our waiting list. You can download the Comprehensive Health Profile forms on this page and fill out in advance of your appointment or given in our office prior to your consultation. You should expect to spend approximately one hour at the initial visit provided your forms have been filled-out in advance. Otherwise, allow an additional 30 minutes to complete the necessary forms before your scheduled consultation time.
Consultation
A detailed consultation will be conducted. This will include discussing your chief complaints, a complete history including medical, family, and social. Getting the most information is necessary so that the best recommendations for care can be given.
Evaluation
A neurophysiological evaluation including spinal examination will be performed. This is necessary to determine what is causing your problems and/or crises.
Report of Findings
After the paperwork, neurophysiological evaluation, and spinal examination is complete, we will sit down with you to discuss your findings and your options for care.
Network Spinal Analysis Care
After your Report of Findings, and we have answered all your questions, your care will begin. Our recommendations for care will incorporate additional healers along your self-healing journey. You will be cared for on an individual basis, your care plan unique to your situation, and we will only proceed once you approve.
